Project Summary

The TA will set up an umbrella fund to enable ADB to react swiftly to the requests from the country to attend conferences, organize workshops and seminars and carry out studies that enhance the country’s capacity to reduce poverty. In doing so, the TA will encourage strategic policy dialogue and research in the area of poverty reduction and related fields (e.g., unemployment and social security) among the government agencies, civil society, academies, and the funding community.
