HELPING HANDS — Demand for ICT skills has gone hand in hand with rapid economic growth, providing news ways of delivering education services. With innovative equipment and training of teachers, ICT can radically improve education systems throughout the region. This issue of ADB Review explores ADB's recent and current work in the education sector.
