Feature: Investigating Allegations of Fraud or Corruption of ADB Staff

ADB staff who are alleged to have been involved in fraud, corruption, conflicts of interests, or misconduct may be the subjects of OAGI investigations.

Misconduct includes, but is not limited to, the failure to observe the Staff Regulations, Administrative Orders, administrative circulars, and all other duties of employment.

Extension of Sanctions to Md. Zahidul Islam (Faruk) (Bangladesh)

Md. Zahidul Islam (Faruk), also known as M/s Zahidul Islam Faruque, M/s Zahidul Islam (Faruk), and Md. Zahidul Islam Faruque (Faruk) violated an ADB sanction. As a firm, its sanction has been extended until 2 April 2019. As an individual, Md. Zahidul Islam (Faruk) has been sanctioned indefinitely. No contracts or contract variations should be issued for Md. Zahidul Islam (Faruk).
