VI. Recommendation

35. It is recommended that the Board approve:

1. the acceptance by ADB of the proposed fund, to be called Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction, as a new trust fund; and
2. the administration of the Fund in accordance with the provisions set forth in this paper and in the letter from the Government of Japan to the President of ADB appended hereto.
