    Description
    Mindanao's socioeconomic development has been constrained by insurgency and low levels of investment in human and physical development. Achieving universal participation in basic education that is relevant to students representing diverse sociocultural backgrounds will contribute to poverty reduction, restoration of peace, and sustainable socioeconomic development in Mindanao.
