In recognition of the significant challenges in implementing the strategy for ADF VIII, Donors agreed to continue to provide strong support to ADB, including support for strengthening staff and the Bank’s Administration Budget to enable it to effectively implement the operational priorities endorsed by Donors in ADF VIII.
