This is the third annual progress report of the Pacific Private Sector Development Initiative (PSDI), a regional technical assistance project by the Asian Development Bank, cofinanced by the Australian Agency for International Development. It covers PSDI activities from 01 January 2009 to 31 December 2009. The report describes PSDI, its objectives, approach, and management structure, and gives an overview of PSDI's financial status in terms of disbursements and commitments. It summarizes PSDI's portfolio of activities, highlights PSDI's linkages to other ADB activities and its crucial role in fostering external partnerships, discusses the PSD results framework, and presents the outlook on PSDI activities going forward.
