Equity investments

ADB approved equity investments in four private sector projects in 2002 amounting to $35.5 million, which are expected to mobilize $175.1 million in additional capital flows. The approvals were made in a central depository facility in Bangladesh, two investment funds in the PRC and India, and a mortgage credit guarantee in India.
