Technical Assistance Consultants Reports

A major component of the TA for "Rural Finance Reforms and Development of Microfinance Institutions" is to assist local governments establish commercial microcredit institutions (MCIs).

A competitive bidding process for permission to operate by MCIs in two pilot locations in the People's Republic of China, namely Jiangkou County of Guizhou Province and Dongsheng District of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, has been initiated by ADB.
