Technical Assistance Consultant’s Reports
ADB has provided technical assistance (TA) to the Royal Government of Cambodia to improve institutional and organizational arrangements for managing land, water and biotic resources in the Tonle Sap basin. The TA outputs have finalized the design of a Tonle Sap Basin Organization (TSBO) including sub-basin institutional structures. The TA has also made recommendations on future work to progress creation of the TSBO. The TA is the second in a
series being provided by ADB.
