Semiannual Report on Loan and Technical Assistance Portfolio Performance for the Period Ending 30 June 2000

The semiannual reports on loan and technical assistance (TA) portfolio performance cover the operations of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) from 1 January to 30 June and 1 July to 31 December. This report reviews the performance of ADB's operational portfolio in the first half of 2000. It summarizes ADB's loan and TA portfolio performance, highlights actions taken to improve project quality and portfolio management, and discusses the performance of individual developing member countries (DMCs) in implementing loans and TAs.
