The collection of sex-segregated statistics �Women and Men of Uzbekistan� is the result of joint collaboration of the group of specialists representing the State Statistics Department of the Ministry of Macroeconomics and Sta-tistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Women�s Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Association of Businesswomen.

Publication and printing of the statistics� collection was made possible with the support of the Asian Development Bank Resident Representative mission and the UNDP/Government of Uzbekistan �Development Support Services to the Government of Uzbekistan� programme.
