During Asia Clean Energy Forum, ADB is organizing a pre-forum workshop on 2 June 2008 and a parallel session on 3 June 2008 on scaling up access to energy projects with other partners including The Foundation for Development Cooperation (FDC), German Technical Cooperation Agency (GTZ), Global Village Energy Partnership (GVEP) International, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP), SNV, Winrock International.
