5.12 Agency Coordination

ADB-financed projects usually entail essential interactions with people or agencies outside the EA-ADB project organization. Such other parties may include other donors or funding agencies, other government departments or ministries (e.g., finance, planning, or environmental ministries), the contracting agencies of the borrower, different EAs responsible for implementing specific components of the project, project coordinating committees, user agencies, project-affected people, NGOs, and the general public.
