Established in April 2007, the Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility (CEFPF) aims to help provide financing to developing member countries (DMCs) to improve energy security and transition to low carbon economies through cost effective investments in technologies and practices that result in greenhouse gas mitigation. The Clean Energy Financing Partnership Facility annual and semiannual progress reports provide a summary of the the operations of the CEFPF for the covered years.
