to shape the decision-making process throughout
the project cycle and in ADB as a whole.
Nepal:
Delivering Assistance in a Challenging Environment
This
study evaluates ADB's strategy and program in Nepal during the last
five years, particularly the years covered by the 2005—2009 Country
Partnership Strategy, and those not assessed by the 2004 Country Assistance
Program Evaluation. It also assesses how the country strategy and ADB's
operations responded to the needs of a state qualified as fragile, provide
findings, forward-looking lessons, and recommendations to assist in
the preparation of the next 2010—2014 Country Partnership Strategy.
