Review of the Independence and Effectiveness of OED


ADB is currently undertaking an external review of the Operations Evaluation Department. An Ad-Hoc Working Group consisting of three members of ADB's Board of Directors and the Managing Director General has been set-up to oversee the review. Two external experts, Scott Clark and Burt Perrin, have been engaged to lead the work. They will be in Manila from 2 to 13 June to undertake consultations with the Board, Management, and selected staff.
