Regional Cooperation Assistance Program Evaluation for the Greater Mekong Subregion

Team Leader: Hemamala Hettige, Principal Evaluation Specialist
Comment on this study

This is the first regional cooperation assistance program evaluation prepared by the Operations Evaluations Department. It covers the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) and is undertaken in response to the Southeast Asia Department’s request for such an evaluation. The proposed evaluation covers the transport and trade facilitation, energy, tourism, capacity development, and regional public goods and agriculture. It will assess the effectiveness of the ADB-funded initiatives in terms of the regional benefits and impacts. The findings of the evaluation will provide key inputs to the new Regional Cooperation Strategy and Program for GMS.
