Pool Based Single Currency Loan Products

Pool Based Single Currency Loan Products (PSCLs) are ADB’s legacy loan products which are offered to ADB’s borrowers prior to July 2001. PSCLs are available in US Dollars and Japanese Yens. PSCLs carry variable lending rates based on the average cost of ADB’s outstanding borrowings in the respective USD and JPY PSCL borrowing pools.

As approved by the Board of Directors, ADB is now offering the outstanding PSCL borrowers an option to convert their outstanding PSCLs into LIBOR-Based Loans (LBLs) from 16 November 2006 to 31 December 2009.
