Tools and Resources

These are links to Financial Management tools prepared by the FM Team as resources and guides in performing financial management and analysis of ADB financed projects and the preparation of cost estimates and financing plan.

They include a range of basic information materials and practical tools to help project officers, team leaders and Resident Mission staff carry out their work, especially on Project Preparatory Technical Assistance (PPTA) stage.

Among these resources are also templates and checklists for use in conducting financial management assessment, as well as a wealth of additional materials including Diagnostic Study in Accounting and Auditing (DSAA) and Country Financial Accountability Assessment (CFAA) used by ADB and other development agencies, good practice samples from previously written Report and Recommendation of the President (RRPs), governance papers, and some sample FMA approaches for risk mitigation measures.
