Development Matrix

The development matrix (DM) is a convenient comprehensive source of information on major projects and activities which the six GMS countries have agreed to cooperate on. The projects are grouped under 11 Flagship Programs. The DM is updated on a regular basis with inputs from all GMS countries.

The DM provides information on

1. program/project description, scope and status
2. estimated cost
3. financing plan and sources of potential financing
4. implementing agencies
5. implementation schedule
6. issues and constraints

Note: The DM is a work in progress document whose content is subject to confirmation by GMS member countries.
