Pro-Poor Service Delivery

The urban case studies and presentations from Bangalore, Colombo, Naga, and Makati were prepared by practitioners who were directly involved with the stories they shared.

The cases describing the rural governance experience from Cambodia, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Uganda were contributed by UNCDF partners working in these countries.

The contributions from civil society (Bangalore, Colombo, and Naga) were prepared by representatives advocating to improve accountability and responsiveness in services delivery in local governments.
