Progress on the Second Governance and Anticorruption Action Plan (GACAP II)

Key Results Area (KRA) Matrix, April–September 2008

The strategy for GACAP II implementation has been to focus initially on country and sector risk assessments to inform the formulation of new Country Partnership Strategies (CPS) (KRA 1). These, in turn, will inform the risk assessments/risk management plans (RAMP) prepared at project level (KRA 2). Monitoring, reporting, and overall management of the risk mitigation plans (KRA 3) will be actioned as CPS and project level RAMPs are finalized. Progress has been made on improving ADB’s organizational structures, human resources, and access to expertise to support GACAP II (KRA 4).
