  • Normally commences in late June and extends for approximately two months.

Opportunities Available

  • To gain experience in a multinational development bank (MDB)
  • To work in Asia in a multicultural environment
  • To work on various tasks (usually research-oriented) directly involved in ADB's business.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a masters-level or PhD-level program at a registered academic institution with ADB
  • Currently enrolled in a program directly related to the field of the internship applied for
  • a national of ADB’s member countries.

How to apply

  • Specific internship project topics will be sent to participating schools.
  • Students should send their applications to the internship coordinator in their academic institution which will select only the top three applications to be sent to ADB.
  • ADB informs schools of successful applicants by April.

Provisions

  • budget class round-trip airfare from the student's institution or country of residence to Manila
  • hotel accommodation
  • a stipend to cover cost of food, laundry and transport in Manila or in an ADB Resident Mission / Office.
