Portfolio Management

KYRM is responsible for the day-to-day administration of certain delegated projects. At present, three technical assistance projects are delegated to KYRM.

KYRM helps ADB's Headquarters monitor the implementation of ADB-assisted projects within the Kyrgyz Republic and ensures that

• they are being implemented on schedule
• project development objectives are being met

Country Programming

KYRM is responsible for all matters pertaining to country programming, including

• conducting the country programming mission (CPM) to develop a program of projects and technical assistance
• preparing the country strategy and program (CSP) and its annual update
• conducting the country portfolio review mission (CPRM)
• coordinating with the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, donors, civil society, and ADB's Headquarters in Manila

NGO Cooperation

• helps establish closer links between ADB and NGOs operating in the Kyrgyz Republic
• facilitates Government-NGO cooperation in project implementation and related matters
