Mandate
Develop and disseminate data, information, and knowledge on infrastructure development, notably by means of public-private partnerships (PPPs). Partner The Emerging Markets Forum (EMF) is a non-profit forum for policy discussions between public and private sectors. Co-chaired by Michel Camdessus, former Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Haruhiko Kuroda, President of the Asian Development Bank, and Fidel V. Ramos, former President of the Philippines, the EMF brings together senior policy makers to discuss priority issues for emerging markets' economies.
