Law and Policy Reform at the Asian Development Bank

ADB’s annual publication, Law and Policy Reform at the Asian Development Bank, focuses on a key legal issue of special interest. Past issues discuss access to justice, judicial independence, movable registries and secured transactions, legal empowerment and insolvency.
