Toolkits
ADB’s law and policy reform toolkits provide up-to-date online information and guidelines on substantive topics associated with ADB initiatives. These materials help process and implement ADB projects by ensuring that their design and concept meet quality standards and country needs.
The toolkits aim to
- make relevant technical material on law and policy reform available online in a user-friendly and logical learning structure, and
- provide a resource center for training and learning.

- Competition Law Toolkit - tools for implementing policies that increase competition and the competitiveness of their economies.
- Gender, Law, and Policy Toolkit – provides materials and practical approaches to integrate gender, law and policy in ADB Country Partnership Strategies, loans, and technical assistance, and identifies gender, law and policy issues in ADB-supported sectors.
