Development Effectiveness and Results in Bangladesh

ADB's new country strategy and program (CSP) for Bangladesh, covering 2006-2010, is one of the first CSPs prepared using a results-based approach and formulated in collaboration with other development agencies. The strategy for Bangladesh is aligned with the Government's priorities. ADB will play a major role in supporting policy and institutional reforms to increase sector efficiency in the energy, transport, education, urban health, and urban water supply and sanitation sectors.
