This 8-page newsletter contains updates on MfDR initiatives in ADB as
well as in its developing member countries: Cambodia, Kyrgyz Republic,
Lao PDR, and Mongolia. It also summarizes the findings of the Operations
Evaluation Department's preliminary assessment of MfDR in ADB.

ADB is set for a change in the way it serves its developing member countries
in a rapidly evolving and dynamic Asia-Pacific region, ADB President Haruhiko
Kuroda said at the official opening of the organization’s 41st Annual
Meeting in Madrid on 5 May 2008.
