LinksInternational Finance Corporation (IFC)
Achieving positive development results is at the core of IFC’s mission. IFC recognizes the importance of measuring the performance of our projects, which is critical to helping IFC demonstrate development results and to improving performance. The Development Effectiveness Unit is responsible for developing a rigorous tracking system, metrics and reporting standards that give IFC and the public a better view on IFC's development impact.

Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid (GPOBA)
Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid (GPOBA), is a multi-donor trust fund administered by the World Bank. The goal of GPOBA is to provide increased access to reliable basic infrastructure and social services to the poor in developing countries through the wider use of OBA approaches.

Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
This site focuses on five aspects of Inter-American Development Bank's development effectiveness, namely, country and sector programming, project preparation and execution, internal organization and activities, monitoring systems, coordination and harmonization.

MfDR at the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)

Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development–Development Assistance Committee (OECD-DAC)
The OECD is one of the world's largest and most reliable sources of comparable statistics, and economic and social data. As well as collecting data, the OECD monitors trends, analyses and forecasts economic developments and researches social changes or evolving patterns in trade, environment, agriculture, technology, taxation and more. The Development Assistance Committee (DAC) is the principal body through which the OECD deals with issues related to cooperation with developing countries.

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)
The site provides information about UNESCO's strategic planning, budget and results management processes.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)
The site describes the UNDP's evaluation function, which works to enhance the development effectiveness of UNDP to help men and women build a better life. It strengthens accountability and learning through evaluation and partnership.

United Nations Population Fund (UNFP)
The site provides information on how results-based management is applied in the context of UNFP operations.

World Bank - Independent Evaluation Group
The Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) is an independent unit within the World Bank; it reports directly to the Bank's Board of Executive Directors. The goals of IEG 's evaluations are to draw lessons from Bank experience, and to provide an objective basis for assessing the results of the Bank's work. The website contains resource materials on building government M&E systems, as well as M&E tools.

World Bank - International Development Association, Results Measurement System
IDA seeks to improve the lives of the people living in the world’s poorest countries. To measure the degree to which IDA is helping countries grow and reduce poverty and inform donors about the effectiveness of their contributions, IDA introduced a system for measuring results. An interactive website facilitates the tracking of key indicators and provides links to other relevant sources.

International Development Evaluation Association
This site responds to the challenge of meeting the demand for more accountable governance and more effective use of development resources through establishment of frameworks, skills and capacities to monitor and evaluate progress in development.

International Program for Development Evaluation Training
The International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) is an executive training program in development evaluation managed jointly by the Independent Evaluation Group of the World Bank and Carleton University. It is best known for its flagship program, an intensive and unique training opportunity offered once each year in Ottawa on the Carleton University campus in June and July. IPDET is also a global community of learners who connect with colleagues during the program, many of whom remain in touch long after graduation. An active, moderated ListServ which keeps instructors and alumni connected facilitates shared problem-solving and continuous learning, supports individual evaluators, advisors and managers in their day-to-day work, and disseminates completed evaluation results, reports and lessons learned.

Partnership in Statistics for Development in the Twenty-First Century (PARIS 21)
Established in November 1999 in response to the UN Economic and Social Council resolution on the goals of the UN Conference on Development, the Partnership in Statistics for Development in the 21st Century (PARIS21) was launched to act as a catalyst for promoting a culture of evidence-based policymaking and monitoring in all countries, and especially in developing countries.
