DescriptionMs. Ogawa is Advisor in ADB's Strategy and Policy Department and heads our Results Management Unit. Established in 2004, the Unit mainstreams a more results-focused approach to managing ADB and its operations. It uses a comprehensive system to monitor delivery of ADB's planned development results and identify performance areas needing improvement. It also supports capacity building and knowledge sharing initiatives to help ADB's developing member countries better manage for development results. And works with other development partners to coordinate initiatives and share knowledge about results management. | |
