Mr. Wu oversees ADB's operations in the country including project programming, implementation, and policy dialogue with the government and stakeholders. With extensive experience in promoting economic cooperation and building up the capacity of institutions in Central Asia, he has helped the government pursue closer regional links through the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation program.
