Description

As Country Director of ADB's Sri Lanka Resident Mission, Mr. Vokes is responsible for the overall management of ADB's programme in Sri Lanka and liaison with the government, private sector, civil cociety and other development partners. Mr. Vokes has extensive experience in South and and Southeast Asia's economic development, and in particular with agriculture and rural development and the transition from planned to market economies.
