Description

Mr. Barseghyan oversees the development and maintenance of a program of cooperation and partnership between ADB and Armenia. The Resident Mission supports subregional programs and initiatives in the Caucasus, including transport infrastructure and regulations, energy generation, transmission and distribution, and renewable energy development. It also serves as a link between ADB and development partner missions, the private sector, nongovernment organizations, civil society, and academe in Armenia.
