Description

Mr. Leonard is responsible for ADB's operations in the Cook Islands, Fiji Islands, Kiribati, Samoa, Tonga and Tuvalu. He oversees the work of resident missions including policy dialogue, country reports, aid coordination and external relations. He manages a wide range of activities including strategic planning, country programming, portfolio management, administration of selected projects, development of knowledge products and regional cooperation initiatives. Mr. Leonard also works with donors and other development agencies to ensure that assistance is coordinated.
