Description

Mr. Kim oversees the development and maintenance of ADB's operations in Lao PDR. He provides policy advice to the government on sustainable development issues and helps coordinate ADB's activities with development partners, diplomatic missions, private sector, nongovernment organizations, civil society, academic institutions and local think tanks. Along with its own national development program, the Resident Mission also supports programs and initiatives in the GMS.
