Learning to Manage for Development Results

ADB's continues to strengthen its internal capacity to manage for development results by

• conducting MfDR learning programs for its managers and staff
• issuing practice notes, guidelines and other tools on MfDR, including a newsletter, Results Matter
• running an on-line Resource Center to facilitate staff access to information

In all its learning initiatives, ADB seeks to build on the experiences of other development institutions by inviting their participation in ADB events and, by advising staff about available MfDR tools and publications. ADB has also partnered with learning institutions in Asia Pacific to foster a learning culture among staff in the field of MfDR.
