NGOs and ADB's Annual MeetingNGOs have participated in ADB Annual Meetings for over a decade. This yearly event traditionally presents an opportunity for NGOs to exchange information and views on ADB's operations and policies with ADB Management, staff, and Member Country delegations. However, due to special circumstances arising from recent events, including numerous travel restrictions, ADB's Board of Directors has determined that the 36th Annual Meeting of the Board of Governors will be limited to a brief business session held at ADB Headquarters in Manila on 30 June 2003.
