NGO Lobby Day Meetings
30-31 March 2005

The "Lobby Day" meetings have been part of ADB's deepening dialogue with a broad range of NGOs across the Asia-Pacific region. ADB's NGO Center organized a series of discussions with members of the NGO Forum on ADB (Forum) held on 30-31 March 2005. The Forum is an Asian-led network of non-government and community-based organizations that support each other in order to amplify their positions on ADB policies, programs, and projects affecting resources and local communities.

Following are links to the notes from the meetings between Forum members and ADB staff. The meetings covered a range of issues including specific projects and programs, aid effectiveness, and policies on international carbon trading, public communications, accountability, and water.
