Office of Administrative Services - OAS

OAS provides administrative support essential for ADB's operations and also offers a range of services needed by staff. It aims to deliver quality products and services at affordable cost. OAS values client feedback and continuously looks for innovative ways to improve its products and services.

OAS has two divisions - Facilities and Asset Management (OAFA) and Institutional Services (OAIS).

OAFA manages

  • building projects, facilities, buildings and grounds
  • internal and external security and safety, and business resilience
  • asset management
  • food services
  • commissary services
  • the library records and archives
  • resource conservation

OAIS manages

  • institutional procurement of goods and services, and contracts administration
  • printing, communications, non-life insurance, shipping, tax-exempt vehicles, and transportation services
  • official travel, and visa
  • relations with Philippine Government agencies
  • events held at ADB headquarters
