ADB approved its new strategy for the Pacific, entitled ADB's Pacific Approach, 2010-2014. It aims to improve the development effectiveness of ADB's operations in the Pacific by concentrating on demand and working through the political economy in support of change for the better. ADB will also continue its focus on helping to improve policy and institutions with investments as relevant.
