Fifty one bank supervisors from 11 economies participated in the regional seminar on operational risk held in Hong Kong, China last 12-16 November 2007. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority hosted the seminar. Resource persons were from the US Federal Reserve System.

Forty-five securities regulators from 11 DMCs attended the regional seminar on investigation and enforcement held in Jakarta, Indonesia last 29 October - 2 November 2007. The seminar was hosted by the Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency (Bapepam - LK). Resource persons were from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission, and Malaysia's Securities Commission.

Forty - two securities regulators from eight economies attended the regional seminar on market supervision held in Bangkok, Thailand last 16-20 July 2007. The seminar was hosted by the Securities and Exchange Commission Thailand. Resource speakers were from the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission, Malaysia’s Securities Commission and Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Twenty nine bank supervisors from eight economies participated in the regional seminar on the fundamentals of interest rate risk management held in Beijing, PRC last 24-28 September 2007. The China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) hosted the seminar. Resource persons were from the US Federal Reserve System.

Forty-two bank supervisors from eleven economies participated in the regional seminar on market risk analysis held at the ADB Headquarters in Manila, Philippines last 23-27 July 2007. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation co-hosted the seminar. Resource persons were from the US Federal Reserve System.

Twenty-eight bank supervisors from twelve economies participated in the regional seminar on risk-focused supervision held in Bali, Indonesia last 2-6 April 2007. Bank Indonesia sponsored the seminar. Resource persons were from the US Federal Reserve System.
