Participating Countries

CMERF is composed of electricity or energy regulators from its seven participating countries, namely: Azerbaijan, People's Republic of China (PRC), Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Mongolia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Among these countries, the PRC became the first ADB member in 1986. Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are the latest and joined ADB only in 1999 and 1998, respectively.
