ETESP Complaint Handling Mechanism and AnticorruptionThe design of ETESP recognizes the need to deal with citizen complaints related to the implementation of the various programs financed under ETESP. The design therefore requires the establishment of a mechanism to deal with citizen complaints as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to settle private disputes.
