The following draft guidelines, reports and appendices have been jointly prepared by the Ministry of Construction, other Chinese Government agencies and Asian Development Bank in order to serve as a reference document for the Chinese Government in drafting national wastewater tariff guidelines. These documents are therefore for reference purposes only, subject to considerable variation, and should not be considered officially approved by the Chinese Government.
