The Project seeks to establish and enhance the capacity of the Anti-Corruption Academy (ACA) of MACA to provide training on corruption prevention to DMCs and become a center of learning and research for enhancing government transparency and public accountability in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Tony Kwok, internationally renowned anti-corruption expert based in Honk Kong, was one of experts invited by ACA-MACA who participated in a workshop to design and develop the training program from 18 to 21 December 2006 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. |
