Citizen Report Card Survey Results in Quezon City

A team from the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines presented the findings of pilot citizen report card survey on three services (building permits, business licenses and Health) to officials of Quezon City led by Mayor Sonny Belmonte. The Public Affairs Centre, India assisted in the preparation of this survey under RETA 6296.
