Design and Monitoring Frameworks
A project's design and monitoring is a planning tool used by the project officer and is regularly updated when the project is being prepared. It establishes quantified and time bound targets and measurable indicators, and identifies key risks and assumptions that are used to monitor and evaluate performance.
Read the Guidelines for Preparing a Design and Monitoring Framework.
ADB's public communications policy calls for the design and monitoring framework to be publicly available before the project's appraisal.
