Project Management Team

This Project is managed by ADB through its Energy, Transport and Water Division, Regional and Sustainable Development Department, in coordination with India Resident Mission and Viet Nam resident mission. A RETA Coordinator (local consultant) has been engaged to have the overall responsibility to monitor and report the implementation of the RETA. A community-based water supply specialist is required in each pilot project country to assist in the implementation of the pilot projects in the country, and train the small scale water providers or homeowners association in operations and maintenance of the new facilities. A regulatory specialist in each country will work with the regulatory agency in the country to survey and register all small piped water networks, homeowners associations and small scale water providers.
